Our IT Support helpdesk, based here in our offices in Fareham, Hampshire, is manned during normal business working hours by our Microsoft certified IT support engineers who are always ready to deal with your issue. Remote connection tools using VPN technology can be put into place to enable our engineers to log in from our offices here in Fareham and work remotely on any computer or server on your network.

Remote monitoring tools are set up to enable proactive monitoring of key services and system processes, allowing our technicians to identify problems beore they occur.

Automated server monitoring checks for AV updates, RAID errors and disk space issues to ensure that your services continue to run, with any arising problems being dealt with by our engineers. Infrastructure monitoring checks all aspects of your network, including routers, hubs and switches to see if there are any upgrades that can be done to improve performance.
