Some work cannot be carried out remotely and therefore on site visits are essential in order to provide you and your users with a rich and rewarding experience.

Regular on site visits are carried to perform work such as general network maintenance, upgrades and fixes as well as hands on support directly to the user.

Emergency call outs

There may be a need to have an engineer on site to investigate arising issues that have prevented you and your users to carry out normal day to day business processes. Emergency call outs can be performed to get your users back up and running with as little impact to your business as possible.

Remember, our concept of providing IT Support is to keep you going, and as such emergency call outs are included – no call out charges and no additional hourly rates for time on-site.
