We make regular onsite support visits, from weekly, monthly, quarterly or bi-quarterly (depending on the customers requirements) to deal with any issues that cannot be dealt with remotely.
• IT Support wherever you are – We are based in Fareham, Hampshire, so many of our clients are based in Portsmouth, Southampton, as well as in and around Hampshire. But we go further than that – with remote access technology, the internet, and widely available broadband services, we can provide IT support to almost anywhere in the UK, or even around the world!
