On site Support and Call Outs
We understand that where IT support cannot be dealt with remotely, a technician or engineer is sometimes required to be on site to handle emerging issues that require a hands on approach.
On Site Support
We provide regular on site visits to our clients to deal with non emergency issues, while performing manual health checks that cannot be performed remotely. This may include UPS checks, patch management and AV updates, desktop and server updates, as well as hardware and network equipment checks.
Emergency Call Outs
On rare occasions a client may require an emergency call out in response to an major issue that prevents the business operating. We can always despatch a technician or an engineer, on site within 24 hours to help get you back up and running.
We understand that your business needs your IT system working and you are not expecting additional costs to get you working again. Because of this business need, we do not charge for emergency call outs.
