C Data Marine and Coronavirus – Update
C Data Marine have a duty of care to its staff and its customers. In this extraordinary situation we find all of ourselves in, we also believe we have a duty of care to society.
Having monitored the escalating Coronavirus situation and reviewing Government guidelines, we have started to implement our Business Continuity procedures to ensure we carry on working to support our clients, and actively doing what we can as a company to reduce the spread of the virus.
Half of our workforce are now working full time from home, with the other half taking extra precautions in the office. All members of staff have access to their emails and a telephone, and are meeting daily over Microsoft Teams. We want to reassure our clients that our Support team can always be reached, as normal, during normal working hours, either via telephone or by email.
Most of our client base are now also working from home, or at the least, in the process of moving to a position where staff can work remotely.
On Site Visits and Emergency Call Outs
We have decided to postpone our regular on site and non emergency visits until government advice changes. This is to minimise risk of exposure, which we hope you can understand.
We will continue to provide Emergency Call Outs. Before we visit, you may be asked a few questions to aid our risk assessment process to ensure the safety of our staff, as well as yours. We thank you in advance for your patience and your understanding.
We are still here to help!
We want to re-iterate again that we are still here to help. Please continue to call the usual office number for sales or support, and do continue to email us on the usual addresses. If you have any concerns or queries, or you would like help to enable you and your teams to work remotely, please do not hesitate to contact us.
