Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

OBJECTIVE

The Company considers modern slavery and human trafficking abhorrent and will take a zero-tolerance approach where cases are suspected both in our own business and the supply chain. The Company has less than the £36M requiring an annual statement but will cooperate with other parties where appropriate.

By the nature of the Company’s business, supply is less than 5% of turnover so purchasing tends to be of an ad hoc nature where it would be unrealistic to investigate each supplier in depth. However staff are briefed to be aware of the risk, and report all suspicious circumstances, no matter how small.

POLICY

C Data’s management procedures are drafted to ensure that:

· A note is kept of reported compliance of suppliers.

· All staff are aware of the Act.

· If any staff hear of or have any concern or suspicions then they are to bring it to the attention of a Director.

· As cases are likely to be rare, no specific procedures will be put in place at this time, but will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the Board.
