From initial concept of the new CHIRP Maritime web site, and the associated confidential reporting database, C-DATA were more than helpful in developing and realising a product exceeding our expectations. Clive and his very capable, efficient and professional team kept CHIRP fully informed and involved during the development, suggesting improvements and ideas to make concepts become reality. CHIRP are thoroughly delighted with the end product, feedback from users has been universally positive, and CHIRP would fully recommend C-DATA to any Company wishing to enhance their IT.

The delivery of the first publicly available phases of the Missing Seafarers Reporting Programme has been an immense effort from all those involved. The initial funding provided by the maritime charity Seafarers UK, put HRAS in the position of being able to rapidly develop this vanguard concept alongside the team from C Data Services, and to expedite its introduction to both the maritime and international communities in only 4 months from concept to delivery.

CEO, Human Rights At Sea
