Our History
C Data was established in 1986 and has been delivering professional IT services for nearly four decades.
Originally founded as a systems house, the business relocated to its current base in Segensworth West in 1990. Throughout the 1990s, C Data became a leading IT training provider in the region, later expanding with a second training centre in Preston. During this time, we were also among the first companies in the UK to offer Prometric examinations.
Our long-standing relationship with Microsoft began in 1991, when we achieved Microsoft Certified Partner status, progressing to Gold Partner by 2006. Over the years, we have also worked closely with a range of technology partners including HP, McAfee, Novell, and Cyberguard.
As the IT landscape has evolved, so have we. Today, our focus is on helping businesses operate securely and efficiently in a cloud-first, mobile world — protecting users and data while enabling flexible, modern ways of working.
